    Description

    RSN-2500 High Speed Arc Stud Welding Machine, which is suitable for welding carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and their alloy studs (welding studs. It is widely used in
    shipbuilding, industrial furnaces, construction, metallurgy, bridges, electric control switches equipment, communication equipment, light chemical machinery, household appliances and automobile manufacturing and other industrial fields. The input is a single-phase 380v AC three-wire system, and the wide voltage input is flexible in application, easy to move. This Arc stud welding machine is mainly used for cylinder head stud (without head) welding nail and nail shaped, welding diameter is 10-19mm. The theory of this stud welding machine is different from the capacitive storage one, without the capacity charging step, discharging through the welding power, the discharging time is controlled by the thyristor, and the time is 5-500ms.

    The main differences between CG1-30A and CG1-30B is the working rail. 30A is with “H” rail, 30B is with hole rail. You can select the wanted rail before confirm the order. The rail is different, the price will be different.
